Aluminium Extrusion

Aluminium is the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust and is endlessly recyclable, making it environmentally friendly. We produce high-quality aluminium profiles in Alloy 6005, 1350 to the JIS H4001 standard.

Extruded through high-precision dies, supporting both standard and custom profiles to customer drawings, with a 12,000-tonne-per-year capacity.

MATERIAL KNOWLEDGE

Know Aluminium

Aluminium is a soft, silvery-white metal and the most abundant metal in the Earth's crust. It is found in bauxite, combined with oxygen and other elements before being converted into metal. In commercial and industrial use, “aluminium” usually refers to aluminium alloys rather than the pure metal.

By blending different elements, aluminium's properties — electrical and thermal conductivity, strength, and corrosion resistance — can be tuned to the application. It is also infinitely recyclable, making it an environmentally friendly material.

Powder Coating

Powder coating using an electrostatic system that bonds colour to the workpiece for an even, durable finish that resists corrosion and temperature.

An automatic spray system keeps colour consistent on every piece, warranted by TOA and Jotun for 10–30 years, indoors and out.

Wooden Transfer

Wooden Transfer is an innovative finish that gives aluminium the texture and tone of natural timber through a heat-transfer process. We use premium wood-grain film imported from Italy, prized for its lifelike depth and colour realism.

Under heat, the pattern bonds permanently into the aluminium surface — resistant to peeling and weathering, indoors or out. It suits architectural finishes that want the warmth of natural wood with the low-maintenance durability of aluminium.

Wrapping
The aluminium piece is wrapped in Italian wood-grain film, then sleeved in a second clear plastic bag.

Vacuum Sealing
Connected to a vacuum unit that draws out all the air, pressing the film tight against every curve of the surface.

Heat Transfer
The piece moves into the oven at a controlled temperature, where heat permanently transfers the wood-grain ink into the aluminium.

Unwrapping & Finishing
Once cooled, technicians peel away the plastic and film, then inspect the finished pattern before delivery.

Anodizing

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that forms a transparent aluminium-oxide film on the surface — hard, wear-resistant, and beautifully durable.

The natural film is 0.2 microns; after anodizing it is 5–25 microns as required, typically 10–15 microns for general work.
